Penny Maystone joins CashFac customer Capita

Penny Maystone is moving on to CashFac's customer Capita where she becomes MD of Capita Tracing Services. Penny successfully established CashFac as the lead client money technology in pension administration and leaves CashFac as the number one client money technology provider for UK clearing banks.

Penny says "I couldn't resist the opportunity to lead Capita Tracing Solutions. What does the business do? It finds lost customers of businesses which are holding money or other assets waiting to be claimed. It's a compelling combination of a business service and human story. As the population gets wealthier and more mobile the value of unclaimed assets grows. It doesn't reflect well on any business for unclaimed money to just sit in a bank's or fund's balance sheet. Worst of all it attracts the unwelcome attention of authorities, which doesn't help the customer or the business or indeed the market."

Capita Tracing Solutions is part of Capita's Shareholder Services division where Chief Executive Charles Cryer says "We are delighted to welcome Penny to head up one of our fastest growing businesses. Her wealth of experience of business development within the banking and financial services industries will be of great benefit to her success in this role." www.capitatracing.co.uk
