CashFac opens new Managed Services centre in Livingston

We are pleased to announce the expansion of CashFac Managed Services with the opening of the new CashFac Managed Services office in Livingston, Scotland. The service is operated by a specialist team of professional staff.

CashFac Managed Services provides operations control and 24 hour support for the processing of CashFac Virtual Bank Technology®, including our partner banks' versions of this technology, and the operation of CashFac's A2Pay service for employers and pension administrators.

VBT (Virtual Bank Technology®) is used widely by many leading businesses that manage client money in the course of the services that they provide to their customers. VBT streamlines the cash processes, payments, the allocation of receipts, and the management of multiple bank accounts, enabling automatic compliance with FSA Client Money Rules, cost efficiencies from Straight Through Cash Processing®, and new services such as wrap accounts. VBT does this by linking to back office administration systems, accounting systems, payroll and banks for automatic banking, accounting and reconciliation.

CashFac Managed Services is data centre independent meaning that we provide operations services using data centres chosen by our customers. We are happy to introduce data centre partners at our customers' request.

CashFac operates managed services with comprehensive disaster recovery including fully functional second sites with continuous mirroring across multiple server stacks and multiple racks.
